1. The service
PolicyLeap, a product of Logical Leap, generates AI acceptable use policy templates and, for paid customers, reviews and updates existing AI policies using AI assistance.
2. Not legal advice
Outputs are starting templates and suggestions. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client, consulting, or other professional relationship. Review all outputs with qualified counsel before adopting them.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to what you submit and to your results. Only submit content you have the right to share, and remove confidential or personal data first. We do not store your content (see our Privacy Policy). Download your results before leaving the page, because we cannot recover them.
4. Plans and payment
- Free: one-page policy and employee version.
- Industry Pro: $49 one-time.
- Pro + Annual Refresh: $99 per year, renews automatically, cancel any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases.
5. Refunds
Contact info@logicalleap.io within 14 days of purchase if something did not work and we will make it right.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, overload it, or submit unlawful content.
7. No warranty
The service is provided as is. AI output can contain errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Logical Leap's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
