Who we are

PolicyLeap is a product of Logical Leap. Contact: info@logicalleap.io.

The short version

We do not store your policies, uploaded files, questionnaire answers, or email address. Your content is processed once to produce your result, sent back to your browser, and not saved by us.

What happens when you use PolicyLeap

• Questionnaire answers and uploaded policies: text is extracted in your browser and sent to our server only to generate or review your policy. We do not save it in a database, file storage, or logs. When you close the page, it is gone from our side, so please download your results first.
• Email: optional. If you enter one, it is used only to prefill Stripe Checkout. We do not store it.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe keeps its own records of your purchase under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We check your payment status with Stripe when you use a paid feature and do not keep a copy.
• AI processing: Policies are generated using a third-party AI provider. Your content is sent only to produce your policy and is not used to train AI models. The provider may briefly keep request data for security and abuse monitoring, then deletes it. PolicyLeap itself stores nothing. Please remove confidential or personal details before submitting.
• Basic site analytics: our hosting provider may record standard, aggregated page-view statistics. These do not include the content of your policies or uploads.

Your choices

Because we do not store your content or email, there is nothing for us to export or delete. For anything held by Stripe, contact Stripe or email us and we will help. Questions: info@logicalleap.io.
